Admission

Compassionate Guidance Every Step of the Way

Seeking help for mental health or addiction concerns is a courageous decision — and at C-Line Community Outreach Services, we make sure that first step feels supportive, clear, and stress-free.

Since 1998, our Admissions process has been designed to meet each client with compassion and respect. Whether you’re reaching out for yourself or a loved one, our dedicated team will walk you through every stage — from your first phone call to your first session — ensuring you receive care that fits your needs, goals, and schedule.

How to Begin Your Journey

Starting treatment at C-Line is simple and confidential. Our Admissions team will guide you through three straightforward steps:

Initial Consultation

Speak with one of our intake specialists to discuss your needs, symptoms, and treatment goals. This can be done by phone or through an online request.

Assessment & Care Planning

We’ll schedule a comprehensive mental health or substance use assessment with a licensed clinician. This evaluation helps us determine the right level of care and match you with a therapist or counselor who best fits your needs.

Enrollment & First Appointment

Once your plan is in place, we’ll help schedule your first session — whether in-person, via teletherapy, or during evening hours for convenience.

Our team is available to answer all questions, verify insurance, and provide support every step of the way.
