These sessions foster a supportive environment, allowing members to gain diverse perspectives, learn from others’ journeys, and build a sense of belonging. Whether you’re facing life’s everyday stresses or more specific issues, our Group Sessions provide a nurturing space to connect, share, and grow together.

What is included and not included

Include

  • Facilitated Discussions: Led by a trained therapist, ensuring productive and respectful conversations.
  • Diverse Group Members: A chance to hear from various individuals, offering a range of perspectives on shared challenges.
  • Safe and Confidential Environment: A space where members can share without judgment, with the understanding that discussions remain within the group.
  • Resource Sharing: Access to materials, exercises, and tools beneficial for group members, discussed during sessions.

Exclude

  • Individual Therapy: Group sessions focus on collective challenges; for personalized therapy, consider our individual counseling.
  • Medical Diagnosis or Treatments: Therapists facilitate discussions but do not diagnose or prescribe medications during group sessions.
  • Permanent Membership: To ensure dynamic interactions, members might rotate, and new individuals can join over time.
  • Conflict Resolution Outside Sessions: While our therapists ensure productive discussions, they do not mediate personal conflicts outside of session times.
