Since 1998, we’ve proudly served the communities of Jersey City and Paterson by creating spaces where people learn, connect, and heal collectively. Every program is designed to strengthen mental health, encourage personal growth, and cultivate lasting wellness.

Support Groups

Healing is more powerful when shared. Our Support Groups create safe, judgment-free environments for individuals to share experiences, find understanding, and learn practical coping skills.

Our groups include:
